An Introduction to Artificial Neural Networks

In recent years, we have seen a move by research community from theoretical research into practical research to find solutions for hardly solvable problems. Researchers have been interested to theoretically developing Model-free intelligent dynamic systems based on experimental data. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are one of these mechanical systems that by processing experimental data, they can discover the hidden knowledge in them and memorize it. Since ANNs learn rules from calculation on numerical data and examples, they are called intelligence systems. The mathematical model of the neurones, the network structures and training process are explained bu this paper. In addition, the specific type of ANNS called Perceptron are considered.
